Chairman Group Chairman: Mr. Divine Otoo Agorhom
Divine Otoo Agorhom holds an Executive Masters Certificate in Governance and leadership and a Diploma in Business Administration from GIMPA. He is the Group Chairman and principal shareholder of the company. His rich experience in business administration spans over 25 years, making him the undisputable risktaking and a successful Managing Director. He served as the first Chairman of the National Sachet Water Producers Association, setting the pace in upgrading the image of producers of treated drinking water in collaboration with the regulatory agencies. He was also the Chairman of the National Plastic Waste Management Task Force through which he successfully managed to bring the problem of plastic waste management under control with the establishment of a number of recycling plants. Divine is well-respected in business circles due to his innovative approach to business.
Group General Manager: Mr. Festus J. Aidoo
With over 23 years industrial experience of which 11 is of senior management level, Festus is the Group General Manager of the company. He appreciates at all times and holds in high esteem the human resource as the most valuable asset. His leadership style therefore seeks to positively influence his staff to perform efficiently. He holds MBA in Marketing and Project management, Executive Mastery Certificate in Business Administration, Certificate in Project Management and Professional post graduate diploma in marketing UK – Final stage (CIM -UK). He is a good communicator, very organized, a motivator, fair, firm and an achiever.
Group Director of Finance and Administration: Ms. Angela O. Lindsay
Angela is Group Director of Finance and Administration of the company. She holds a BSc. (Hons.) Degree in Biochemistry from KNUST, and has Executive Masters in Business Administration from GIMPA. She is currently pursuing further studies in Accounting and Investment Management with London School of Business and Finance in Birmingham. Prior to joining COB-A Ind. Ltd. she worked for 5 years each with Bright More Industrial Complex and Rush Farms & Processing Ind. Ltd. in the alcoholic and fruit juice industry. Having worked in the private business sector for over 25 years she is very conversant with the private business environment in addition to possessing a natural flair for business administration.
DR. Eric Darko
Eric Darko, a first – Class personality with a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University USA. He also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of Ghana, Lagon and BA Arts Honours in Political Science, both from the same institution. He is a positive global social change agent and impacting same to institutions, business organizations and individuals for excellence and sustainable development. He also has the experience in managing the human resource, organizing and mentoring the youth and settling industrial disputes. Eric has over twenty years rich experience in motivational speeches, and behavioural strategic systems, which he has used to turn a lot of people around for excellent performance. His distinctive endowment has resulted in resolving a number of industrial disputes, establishment of viable social groups, and bringing a fit between Human Resource Strategies and Corporate Strategies, as well assisting top management to set strategic intent in work settings. Eric is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Apollomee Sustainable Solutions Limited and Managing Director of Gapfill Consult Ltd. which is a subsidiary of the company

GROUP FINANCE MANAGER: Mr. Joy John Adzoyi
Joy is a member of ICA – Ghana, has a post Graduate Diploma in international finance, a certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP), Advanced Business Certificate Examination (ABCE) and a student member of ACCA – UK. He has over fifteen (15) years working experience ranging from Accountancy, Auditing and Taxation. He is capable of developing and establishing corporate financial control structures that are necessary for both existing and start up organizations. He is responsible for the management of the company’s finances as well as providing financial advice to management on investment decisions.
HEAD OF SALES AND DISTRIBUTION: Mrs. Sonia Top Yankah
Sonia Topp-Yankah holds a Post Graduate Diploma and Advance Certificate in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK). She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Marketing) from University College of Management Studies, Nottingham, United Kingdom and a Diploma in selling and sales management, and Business statistics from the London Chambers of Commerce UK (LCCIEB). She has gained much experience in the marketing, sales & distribution industry. She has held top managerial roles in sales and distribution at COB-A Industries Limited, MTN Ghana and Promosodol Ghana Limited (Producers of Cowbell Milk). Sonia is responsible for managing the sales unit of Standard Water and Beverages Limited.
HEAD OF AUDIT & COMPLIANCE: Mad. Antoinette Mateki Otibo
Antoinette has a BSc. Food Science Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and with 15 years working experience as a Research Assistant through to Factory Manager of a privately owned SME prior to joining this company. She is currently pursuing Quality Assurance Management with the Chartered Quality Assurance Institute in UK. She is responsible for managing the compliance and quality issues and requirements/standards of regulatory bodies for the Company. She performs
this with the help of Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Officers and Assistants.
HEAD OF OPERATIONS: Mr. George Padmore-Tettey
George Padmore-Tettey has a Master in Management and Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc. in Food Science & Nutrition also from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has over 18 years practical working experience from a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, Legon, a Factory Manager of a multinational company to Head of Operations of Standard Water & Beverages Ltd. He has a rich experience in Operations Management and is currently the Head of Operations responsible for managing the day to day operations of the company.
